Jonathan Geard-Beney

Jonathan is an Associate Consultant of Leading Edge. The first
thing that strikes you about Jonathan is what a lovely person he is.
He is so caring. His wealth of experience in Management
Development spans twenty years. His time with Tesco in the
National Training team culminated in his responsibility for the development
of Senior Managers across all areas of the business. He also worked on
team development programmes for all managers.
He then moved to Exel logistics Group as the Management Development Manager for the Grocery and Leisure business sectors and later as Group Management Development Manager.
Following a successful two year period with Exel, Jonathan joined Leading Edge as a Consultant and Account Manager. He maintains an account management interest on a variety of projects such as Building High Performance teams and Inspirational Leadership. He also specialises in Training Trainers, Management Development and NLP.
Jonathan is a qualified user of BPS Level A and B tools (Occupational tests, OPQ and MBTI) and is also an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer. He uses NLP extensively in his training to accelerate the learning experience and enhance the rapid development of people at work.
