Defining and communicating vision and strategy
Our clients asked us to collaborate with them to create a set of
statements to guide and inspire their people. They wanted their people
to embody some key principles.
The usual glossy statements, framed and hung in their reception foyer did not really help them to deliver such a shift in behaviour. Their people needed to understand and embrace certain principles if their business strategy, objectives and values were to be successful. Our work enabled them to translate ideas into reality.
These principles are now clearly and powerfully stated and known to all, so that action is more often guided by principle.
