Who for?

Middle to Senior Managers whose need to adopt a hands-off management style means they need to build the skills and confidence of their team members and free themselves to concentrate on innovation and the strategic overview.

New Team Leaders who have been the technical experts but who now need to get their hands off the job and coach other people to become the experts.
