We think differently about leadership development. Let us explain.
Our goal is to create great leaders and teams, to increase their productivity – and sustain it!
Our belief is that, for our clients to win and for us to win, we need to build a successful partnership.
In our experience, all successful partnerships have clearly understood rules of engagement.
Rules of engagement for change management
If you are embarking on a change programme, we can help you manage that change and we know we can deliver excellent results.
We take time, therefore, to make certain we understand the challenges of your change programme. We ask you lots of searching questions about your change portfolio. That way, we both know that nothing is left to chance.
When we doubt that we can deliver a truly valuable result for your change project or programme, we politely decline to take on a brief.
Change management training
We understand that to deliver optimum results from your change programmes, your change leaders, managers and change agents must understand the best ways to manage organisational change. The best way, in our opinion, for your staff to learn these things is to participate in change management training.
In the UK, we believe that the best change management training is provided by APMG, who have worked with the Change Management Institute CMI) to build a Change Management certification scheme for change professionals.
We think the APMG change management certification scheme is the best of its kind, which is why we recommend that your change staff take part in change management courses.
Making successful organisational change
Leading Edge have spent many years exercising their ability to help organisations make successful organisational change.
We will be delighted to talk with you about how you can squeeze the last drop of benefit from our working partnership.
Not only do we offer some of the best change management courses there is, but our style is direct and supportive. Once we have agreed terms of engagement with you, we say what we think.
When we stick by the above principles, we get it right for our clients.
Of course, we’re not the only people with principles, you have your own and, to achieve the very best results all round, we need to understand them.
